Abstract

Одним из трудно поддающихся лечению онкологических заболеваний является рак органов брюшной полости. К сожалению, хирургические операции в комбинации с сеансами химиотерапии не всегда приносят ожидаемый положительный результат. Пациент испытывает сильный болевой синдром, а качество жизни при этом резко снижается. Некоторые виды рака действительно трудноизлечимы, особенно на поздних стадиях. К ним относятся метастазы и вторичные опухоли от рака желудка, рака яичников, рака кишки. Посредством кровотока и лимфотока раковые клетки активно распространяются по брюшной полости. Итогом этого процесса является возникновение канцероматоза брюшины.
