Abstract

Erythrocytes adsorb different substances on its surface. Adsorption depends on qualitative and quantitative indexes of erythrocytes hemoglobin and morpho-functional condition of erythrocytes membrane, regulated by neurohumoral affects. Substances «transported» from erythrocytes surface to mural layer of blood capillaries gain a possibility to participate in transcapillary and tissue exchange. Absorption-transport function of erythrocytes is connected to selective transfer of substances into tissues; participation in removal of metabolites and other substances with heightened chemical activity from blood plasma; return of protein from intersticium.
