Abstract

Research objcctivc: An assessment of immunological efficiency of a method of specific immunotherapy in patients with cervical cancer in a combination to radiation therapy. It is surveyed 81 patients with cervical cancer of IIB and the III clinical stages which were exposed to combined radiotherapy. In group of 40 people in addition the immunotherapy is carried out consisting in a reinfuziya of lymphocytes induced by tumoral anti-gene and a preparation interleykin-2. At carrying out an immunotherapy dynamics to normalization of the investigated indicators of immune system was revealed. Significant distinctions with control group on a number of the main parameters however remained. The specific cellular immunotherapy, in our opinion, doesn't provide adequate growth of numerical indicators of antineoplastic cellular immunity that can be corrected by application of methods of an adoptive immunotherapy.
