Abstract

The article is devoted to questions of the organization and activities of Council of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation for science and its place in the system of the public (non-state) advisory boards as an institute of civil society. In the article the international experience of creation and functioning of councils for science also is considered.

Статья посвящена вопросам организации и деятельности Совета Министерства образования и науки Российской Федерации по науке и его места в системе общественных (негосударственных) консультативных советов как института гражданского общества. В статье также рассматривается международный опыт создания и функционирования советов по науке.
