Abstract

Analysis of the modern socio-cultural situation indicates the tendency of escalating of cultural institutions in the sphere of services. The article raises the question of the necessity to preserve the socio-cultural institutions of the roles of enlightenment, education, upbringing.

Анализ современной социально-культурной ситуации показывает тенденцию перерастания учреждений культуры в сферу услуг. В статье ставится вопрос о необходимости сохранения за социально-культурными учреждениями функций просвещения, образования, воспитания.
