Abstract

Данная статья связана с рассмотрением критериев выделения способов правоприменения. Автором ставится вопрос о выделении и расширении спектра критериев способов применения права для их дальнейшей классификации, проанализированы основные способы правоприменения, их общие черты и признаки, тенденции развития и совершенствования.

The article concerns criteria of allocation of right application ways. The author attempts to expand a spectrum of criteria for classifying ways of the right application, analyzes the basic ways of the right application, their common features and signs, trends and their improvement.
