Самопрезентационная компетентность трудовых мигрантов как важный фактор их эффективной инкультурной адаптации

Abstract

В статье рассматривается содержание понятия «самопрезентационная компетентность», приводятся результаты эмпирического исследования по изучению восприятия местными жителями визуально наблюдаемого самопрезентационного поведения трудовых мигрантов. Представлена социально-психологическая технология инкультурной адаптации мигрантов формирование самопрезентационной компетентности посредством тренинга эффективной самопрезентации в ситуациях кросс-культурного взаимодействия.

The paper considers the concept of «self-presentational competence», the results of empirical research on the study of local residents’perception ofvisually observed labour migrants’self-presentational behavior. The author presents the socio-psychological technology of in-cultural adaptation of migrants formation of self-presentational competence through training effective self-presentation in situations of cross-cultural interaction.
