Abstract

In the 1-st group the traumatic disorders reveal itself later because of medico-social problems. A feature of these disorders is the early chronization of various neurosomatic and immunological disorders with organic symptoms. In the second group it is established the low mood, the depression, the loneliness, some blunted emotions and unmotivated vigilance and suspicion. In 2/3 cases were observed the memory and concentration disorders, difficulty concentrating, especially in socially important situations. Increased anxiety manifests as mental health problems, and in the physiological level, mainly in the form of high blood pressure. The differences in the psychological status of the patients with post-stress disorders of various origins were confirmed and the differentiation of treatment programs was defined.
