Abstract

В работе рассматриваются вопросы разработки мобильного цифрового спекл интерферометра (ЦСИ) с непрерывным лазером за счет применения оптической схемы с совмещенными каналами спекл-модулированных пучков, а также использования алгоритмов статистической и покадровой обработки регистрируемых спекл структур. Приведены примеры применения интерферометра при различных вариантах компоновки его функциональных элементов.

This paper discusses the development of mobile digital speckle interferometer with a CW laser through the use of the optical system with co channel speckle modulated beams, as well as the use of algorithms and statistical processing of time lapse recorded speckle patterns. Examples of the use of an interferometer with various layout options for its functional elements.
