Abstract

This article is devoted to legal regulation of labor of foreign workers in conditions of globalization, which is especially important for such countries as USA, Canada, and United Kingdom. Economically developed countries are interested in hiring foreign workers, which leads to the liberalization of national labor legislation on the subject, and migrant workers enjoy equal rights with domestic workers, allowing them to compete effectively with host country nationals in the area of employment.
