Abstract

The article shows data based on retrograde analysis concerning the age dynamic of training load by highly skilled sprinter runners who became champions of Russian national, European and international competitions as well as Olympic Games. Given the focus on higher sportsmanship, standards performance of acceptable training loads are established as well as their standard indicators in 15-16 years female runners of the 4th year educational and training groups. In the experiment carried out some tests developed on the basis of preliminary research setting data of normative parameters and the structure of training loads in the year cycle training of 15-16 year female sprinters of the 4th year educational and training groups.
