Dynamics of sanatorium and resorts of the regions in the Volga Federal District is considered, the territories with actively developing sanatorium activity are defined. The reduction of a number of sanatorium organizations by the end of the period of the research is noted, the reasons of this situation are designated. The general characteristic of the sanatorium organizations of Perm region is given. Natural and medical resources of the main health resorts of Perm region resorts «Keys», «Ust-Kachka», «Red Yar» are described. Temporary variability of the equivalent and effective temperatures (EET) for the 15-year period is considered. The main tendencies in changes of EET for the warm and cold periods of year are revealed. It is established that during the cold period of a year in the territories of the studied objects the decrease of values of EET is observed by the end of the studied period, the most noticeable in February and March. The warm period of a year is characterized by a small increase in values of EET by the end of the period, especially noticeable in May, June, August

Рассмотрена динамика числа санаториев и курортов регионов Приволжского федерального округа, определены территории с активно развивающейся санаторно-курортной деятельностью. Отмечено сокращение количества санаторно-курортных организаций к концу периода исследования, обозначены причины сложившейся ситуации. Дана общая характеристика санаторно-курортных организаций Пермского края. Описаны природно-лечебные ресурсы основных здравниц Пермского края курортов «Ключи», «Усть-Кач-ка», «Красный Яр». Рассмотрена временная изменчивость эквивалентно-эффективных температур (ЭЭТ) за 15-летний период. Выявлены основные тенденции в изменениях ЭЭТ для теплого и холодного периодов года. Установлено, что в холодный период года на территориях исследуемых объектов наблюдается понижение значений ЭЭТ к концу исследуемого периода, наиболее заметное в феврале и марте. Для теплого периода года характерно небольшое увеличение значений ЭЭТ к концу периода, особенно заметное в мае, июне, августе
