Rhetorical competence and high level of proficiency in the argumentation for the modern employee of the MIA is one of the tasks of primary importance. The question is: how the actions of employees to increase this to a daily load conditions during operational activity. The author of this article considers it necessary to introduce the rhetorical training in system of improvement of professional skill of employees of internal Affairs bodies. This is confirmed by a survey carried out by the author among the listeners of All-Russian Advanced Training Institute of the Ministry of the Interior of Russian Federation.

Риторическая компетентность и высокий уровень владения аргументацией для современного сотрудника органов внутренних дел задачи первостепенной важности. В связи с этим встает вопрос о том, как действующему сотруднику повысить этот уровень в условиях ежедневной нагрузки в процессе оперативно-служебной деятельности. Автор данной статьи считает, что необходимо внедрение риторической подготовки в систему повышения квалификации сотрудников органов внутренних дел. Это подтверждают и результаты исследования, проведенные автором среди слушателей ВИПК МВД России.
