К обоснованию конструктивно-технологических элементов машины для измельчения порубочных остатков

Abstract

Приводится теоретическое обоснование некоторых конструктивно-технологических параметров машины для измельчения порубочных остатков, которые можно разделить на группы соответствующего функционального назначения: конструктивные элементы комбинированного рубительного ножа; конструктивные элементы механизма их измельчения дисковой рубительной машины; технологические параметры рабочего процесса измельчения порубочных остатков. При обосновании конструктивно-технологических элементов механизма измельчения порубочных остатков дисковой рубительной машины учитывались параметры с определенными в результате проведения компьютерного эксперимента диапазонами. Исследования проводились на основании матриц и планов, составленных на основании принципов проведения полнофакторного эксперимента. После подбора математических моделей, адекватно описывающих взаимосвязь вышеперечисленных факторов, строились поверхности отклика, которые позволяли определять требуемые диапазоны изучаемых конструктивно-технологических элементов. Проведенные исследования рабочего процесса измельчения порубочных остатков дисковой рубительной машины позволили обосновать ее конструктивно-технологическую схему и некоторые параметры процесса рубки сырья.

The theoretical study of some structural and technological parameters of the machine for grinding of forest residues that separate groups corresponding functional purpose: design elements combined chipper knife; structural elements of the mechanism of their shredding disc chipper; technological parameters of the workflow chopping wood residuals. When justifying structural and technological elements of the mechanism of forest residues grinding disc chipper with certain parameters taken into account as a result of computer simulation ranges. Experiments were carried out on the basis of matrices and plans drawn up on the basis of the principles of experiment. After selection of the mathematical models that adequately describe the relationship of the above factors, response surfaces were built, which allowed to determine the required ranges of constructive-technological elements. Research workflow shredding disk of wood residuals machine has to justify its constructive-technological scheme and some parameters of the cutting material.
