Модернизация системы управления экономикой региона в условиях инновационного развития

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены проблемы, тормозящие формирование инновационной модели экономического развития. Приведена авторская характеристика системы управления экономикой региона и выделены предпосылки ее модернизации. Обосновано содержание модернизации органов регионального управления на современном этапе. Сформулированы актуальные задачи органов исполнительной власти региона по обеспечению инновационного развития. Предложено создание межотраслевых структур в системе регионального управления.
