О незаконном вмешательстве должностных лиц в предпринимательскую деятельность

Abstract

Статья содержит обзор норм УК РФ о незаконном вмешательстве должностных лиц в предпринимательскую деятельность. Сделан вывод об общности задач соответствующих норм УК РФ.The article maintains the review of Russian Criminal Code's norms about official's illegal interference into private business activity. The conclusion about the common character of purposes of Russian Criminal Code's norms is done.
