Саратовская кардиологическая школа квч‐терапии: история развития, достижения, перспективы

Abstract

В работе представлены основные этапы становления саратовской кардиологической школы КВЧ‐терапии, проанализированы результаты многолетнего изучения эффективности волн миллиметрового диапазона в лечении больных сердечно‐сосудистого профиля (артериальной гипертензией, стабильной и нестабильной стенокардией, острым инфарктом миокарда), продемонстрирована необходимость индивидуального подхода к параметрам облучения. Показано влияние КВЧ‐излучения на основные патогенетические механизмы развития сердечно‐сосудистой патологии (гемокоагуляцию, липидный обмен, гемореологию, эндотелиальную дисфункцию). Представлены также результаты использования нового метода терагерцовой терапии на частотах молекулярного спектра оксида азота у больных стабильной и нестабильной стенокардией.
