Abstract

В статье раскрывается метод сравнительного правоведения, показаны теоретическая и практическая польза сравнительного метода для процесса изучения юридических дисциплин, выявлена его роль в подготовке юристов высшей квалификации. В работе особенно акцентирована возможность максимального достижения результата преподавания с использованием сравнительного метода правоведения.

The article deals with the method of comparative legal studies, shows theoretical and practical significance of the comparative method for learning the legal disciplines, and its role in the training of lawyers of high qualification. The article draws attention to the maximum effectiveness of teaching with application of the comparative method of legal science.
