Abstract

В настоящей статье представлено в систематизированном виде современное положение мер, направленных на предупреждение преступлений в сфере компьютерной информации. Также представлены предложения по возможному совершенствованию существующего законодательства.

Modern position of measures, directed on warning of crimes in the field of computer information is presented in the real article in the systematized kind. Presented suggestion on possible perfection of existent legislation.
