Abstract

The philosophic-doctrinal dispute of Nilus of Sora and Joseph of Volotsk concerning money grubbing and non-possessors' movement of monasteries in the 14th-16th centuries is in enquiry of this article in the light of topicality of this also in modern circumstances. The key questions of Russian philosophic thought arise: morality of personality and social-moral responsibility of the power.

В статье идет речь о философско-богословском споре Нила Сорского и Иосифа Волоцкого по вопросу стяжательства и нестяжательства монастырей XIV-XVI веков в свете актуальности данной проблемы и в современных условиях. Поднимаются ключевые вопросы русской философской мысли: нравственность личности и социально-нравственная ответственность власти.
