О некоторых проблемах мобилизационной работы в годы Великой Отечественной войны

Abstract

In the article the peculiar features of mobilizing actions in the extreme war conditions are described. The author showed the difference in the terms "mobilizing" and "mobilizing work" defining the basic steps of the mobilizing work in the country and their basic contents. The author substantiated also the necessity to prepare the military-educated reserves and examined the significance of the Siberia and Urals in rendering help to the front.

Раскрываются особенности осуществления мобилизационных мероприятий в экстремальных условиях войны. Показано отличие понятий «мобилизация» и «мобилизационная работа», определены основные этапы организации в стране мобилизационной работы, их основное содержание, обоснована необходимость подготовки военнообученных резервов, роль Сибири и Урала в оказании помощи фронту.
