Иммуногенетические аспекты послеоперационного рубцово-спаечного эпидурита

Abstract

Проведено комплексное обследование 50 пациентов с неврологическими проявлениями рубцово-спаечного эпидурита после поясничных дискэктомий. Изучены показатели иммунного статуса, активности внутриклеточных ферментов лимфоцитов, проведено HLA-типирование больных. Установлено формирование аутоиммунной направленности функционирования иммунной системы, изменение метаболических реакций лимфоцитов. Наиболее выраженные сдвиги отмечены у носителей антигена HLA-B27. В послеоперационном периоде эти процессы способствуют инициации и поддержанию хронического асептического воспаления в эпидуральной клетчатке.

Complex examination has been conducted in made of 50 patients having neurological displays of scary and adhesive epiduritis aft er lumbar disk ectomy. Indices of immune status, intracellular lymphocyte enzymes activity were studied and HLA-identifi cation of the patients was made.
