Социальные резервы преобразования управленческого потенциала

Abstract

В статье подчеркнута значимость исследования социальных резервов преобразования управленческого потенциала, описаны несколько подходов к их институционализации и организационный механизм их формирования и использования.

The article touches upon social reserves of management potential transformation and describes several approaches to their institutionalization and the organizational mechanism of their formation and use.
