Канцерогенные табакоспецифические N-нитрозамины и проблема «Безопасной сигареты»

Abstract

В обзоре представлены данные о механизмах действия канцерогенных табакоспецифических N-нитрозаминов и об их роли в возникновении рака легкого у курящих. Обсуждается вопрос об эффективности ограничения содержания отдельных канцерогенов в табаке и продуктах курения.

This review describes mechanisms of action of carcinogenic tobacco-specific N-nitrosamines and their role in lung cancer development in smokers. The paper discusses efficacy of carcinogenic agent content restrictions in tobacco and smoking products.
