Abstract

Herbs along with synthetic preparations rank high in a range of medical products, they combine width and softness of therapeutic action with absence of considerable number of side-effects in case of rational application. Therefore application of phytopreparations for treatment of chronic diseases, including pathologies of the central nervous system is rational. Phytopreparations are used in the form of water extraction. Other medicinal forms on their basis including tinctures and extracts are possible. A comparative study of dry extract solution and sedative infusion of №3 gathering influence on roughly-research behavior of mice is presented. The experiments have shown that at unitary intragastric introduction an extract dry (355 mg/kg) and infusion (355 mg/kg in recalculation) sedative gathering don´t influence solid, and at daily application within a month oppress roughly-research behavior of experimental animals.
