The article features the legal regulation of relations arising when transporting goods by vehicles. The relations between transportation companies and the clients arise immediately upon submitting the bid or the client's order. These subjects enter into the transport agreement later, i.e. upon the delivery acceptance. The article shows the order of delivery of goods, the specifics of its transportation and transferring to the recipient, the conditions of filing claims and suits.

В статье дана характеристика правового регулирования отношений, возникающих при перевозке груза автотранспортом. Отношения между автотранспортом и клиентурой возникают сразу же при подаче заявки или заказа клиентом. Вдоговор перевозки эти субъекты вступят позднее в момент сдачи-приемки груза. В статье показаны порядок сдачи груза, особенности его перевозки и передачи получателю, условия предъявления претензий и исков.
