In experiments on 62 guinea pigs (32 experimental and 30 control ones) the influence of magnetic-laser therapy on healing of peritoneum damaged during an operation was studied. It was established that magnetic-laser therapy applied to the peritoneum damaged during surgery contributes to sharp decrease of inflammatory-necrotic processes and to stimulation of reparative-regenerative processes, to improvement of microcirculation in it. Healing of the damaged peritoneum when using magnetic-laser therapy occurs by the type of first intention during a short post-operative period without generating a gross scar at the site of damage and without generating infiltrations, cords and adhesions in the abdominal cavity.
