Abstract

The aim of the study was to evaluate the reproductive potential of women who had undergone various types of medical abortion. In 114 patients, after abortion with vacuum aspiration 38, with the use of mifepristone and misoprostol 40, surgical abortion 36 in the first trimester of gestation, and in 15 healthy women were determined levels of estradiol, testosterone, DHEA-s, and inhibin-B as well as ratio of metabolites of estrogen 2ONE1/16ONE1. The state of the endometrium in 30 women was assessed by immunohistochemical study. According to the ultrasound and Doppler study were determined the volume of the uterus, ovaries and the parameters of blood flow in uterine, ovarian and spiral arteries. The study was conducted after 1, 3 and 6 months after the abortion.. Obtained evidence indicating that different types of artificial abortion by different mechanisms negatively impact the reproductive potential of women.

Целью исследования явилась оценка репродуктивного потенциала женщин, перенесших различные виды медицинского аборта. У 114 пациенток, после прерывания беременности вакуум-аспирацией 38, мифепристоном и мизопростолом 40, кюретажом полости матки 36 в первом триместре гестации, и у 15 здоровых женщин определяли уровень эстрадиола, тестостерона, ДГЭА-с и ингибина-В, а также соотношение метаболитов эстрогена 2ОНЕ1/16ОНЕ1. Состояние эндометрия у 30 женщин оценивали по результатам иммуногистохимического исследования. По данным УЗИ и допплерометрии определяли объем матки, яичников и характер кровотока в маточных, яичниковых и спиральных артериях. Исследование проводилось через 1, 3 и 6 месяцев после аборта. Полученные факты показали, что различные виды артифициального аборта разными механизмами нарушают репродуктивный потенциал женщины.
