Валидация методики качественного и количественного определения генетически модифицированных зерновых культур методом полимеразной цепной реакции в реальном времени

Abstract

Validation of inhouse method of quality and quantitative determination of genetically modified graincrops by the realtime polymerase chain reaction was carried out. For prevention of analytical errors, falsepositive and falsenegative results of assays, the offered systems of controls and strategy of results evaluation were proposed. This provides the maximal degree of authenticity of the received results.

Проведена внутрилабораторная валидация методики качественного и количественного определения генетически модифицированных зерновых культур методом полимеразной цепной реакции в реальном времени. Для предупреждения аналитических ошибок, ложноположительных и ложноотрицательных результатов предложены системы контроля и стратегия обработки результатов.
