Развитие идеи разумного срока в уголовном судопроизводстве: исторические и правовые аспекты

Abstract

The problem of ensuring the right to a reasonable time in criminal proceedings is not new to the Russian criminal process. In the history of the Russian criminal proceedings a reasonable time acted condition «quick» process. The article examines the historical and legal background of the introduction of a reasonable period in the Russian criminal procedural legislation.

Проблема обеспечения права на разумный срок уголовного судопроизводства не нова для российского уголовного процесса. В истории российского уголовного судопроизводства разумный срок выступал условием «скорого» процесса. В статье рассматриваются исторические и правовые предпосылки введения разумного срока в российское уголовно-процессуальное законодательство.
