Abstract

The comparison of the researched indices of erythrocyte membranes in healthy children of native and alien population of Evenkia of school age (8-12 years): fat-soluble vitamin levels of alpha-tocopherol, phospholipid structure and physico-chemical properties that characterize the functional state of phospholipids and proteins (the definition of total turnover bilipidnogo layer, the surface mobility of the protein-lipid structure and parameters of tryptophan fluorescence). It’s found that alpha-tocopherol has different metabolic manifestations in relation to phospholipids and integral proteins, due to specific changes in the organism of a child, reflecting the prolonged exposure to extreme conditions of the North.
