Послеоперационные осложнения резекционно-дренирующих операций на поджелудочной железе у пациентов с хроническим панкреатитом

Abstract

Проведен анализ результатов хирургического лечения 495 пациентов с хроническим панкреатитом в клинике. У 262 выполнены дренирующие операции, у 66 резекционно-дренирующие, у 37 резекционные. Современные резекционно-дренирующие операции с применением лазерных технологий успешно применены у 28 пациентов. Обоснована эффективность применения лазерных технологий при проксимальных резекциях поджелудочной железы. Двухбаллонная энтероскопия позволила диагностировать специфические осложнения после резекционно-дренирующих операций. Миниинвазивные вме шательства выполнены у 6 пациентов, а использование лазера позволило расширить объем выполняемых оперативных процедур.

The results of surgical treatment 495 patients with chronic pancreatitis for 20-year term in clinic by studied. The modern operations with using lazer technology, successfully aplying beside 28 patients. Motivated efficiency of the using lazer technology at proxymal resection pancreas. The specific complications are diagnosed after operation.
