Abstract

The article presents evaluation of efficacy of various methods of X-ray examination applied in diagnostics of stenosis of spinal canal in 70 patients (plan spondylography, functional spondylography with the load, CT-myelography). Direct and indirect X-ray features in diagnostics of stenosis are defined for every named method of examination. According to the results of the study the most informative method is CT-myelography with additional morphometric measurements of spinal canal, dural sack and their ration. The article suggests new parameters of morphometric measurements and presents evaluation of significance of linear and nonlinear parameters.
