Оптимизация финансового регулирования в региональных нефтегазодобывающих компаниях

Abstract

This article summarises the results of the research made within the frames of the grant № 06-0696031 "Financial Optimisation in Exploration Work in Oil Industry" and describes new approaches to financial regulation in the regional oil and gas production companies in Krasnodar Territory, for example, in "Priazovneft" Oil and Gas Production Co. LLC where external and internal (corporate) types of financial regulation are combined.

В данной статье опубликованной по итогам научных исследований гранта РФФИ № 06-06-96031 «Оптимизация финансовой деятельности при проведении геологоразведочных работ в нефтяной отрасли» предложены новые подходы к финансовому регулированию в региональных нефтегазодобывающих компаниях Краснодарского края на примере ООО НК «Приазовнефть» на основе сочетания государственного и внутреннего корпоративного финансового регулирования.
