Создание инфраструктуры информационной поддержки региональных отраслевых рынков

Abstract

Рассматриваются вопросы информационного обеспечения рыночной деятельности как основного направления достижения конкурентных преимуществ региона. Изучаются проблемы создания и реализации региональных отраслевых систем поддержки предпринимательской деятельности. Определяются информационные системы развития регионов РФ и их основные этапы развития. Предлагается создание инфраструктуры информационной поддержки отраслевых рынков на основе кооперационного взаимодействия региональных информационно-аналитических центров отдельных отраслей (сфер). Делается вывод о целесообразности создания Единой отраслевой системы классификации и кодирования информации в отдельных отраслях и сферах деятельности всех регионов РФ.

The issues of information security market activities as the main direction of achieving competitive advantages in the region. We study the problem of creating and implementing regional industrial systems business support. Determined by the information systems of the Russian regions and the main stages of development. Proposes the creation of information infrastructure to support industry markets through Cooperative interaction of regional information-analytical centers of individual sectors (areas). The conclusion about the feasibility of establishing a single industry classification and coding of information in selected industries and occupations in all regions of Russia.
