Концептуальные положения технологии самостоятельных занятий физическими упражнениями в домашних условиях после инфаркта миокарда

Abstract

The concept provisions of the innovative technology of physical exercises in home conditions are considered in the article on the basis of the analysis of special methodical and scientific literature and results of examination of the group of peaple after myocardial infarction. The presented conceptual provisions of technology of independent occupations by physical exercises in house are considered as basis for development and deployment in practice of health care of the individual training programs of application of the standard and nonconventional means and methodical methods of adaptive physical culture at the ambulatory stage of rehabilitation at the patients who have had a myocardial infarction.

В статье на основании анализа специальной методической и научной литературы и результатов обследования группы лиц после перенесших ими инфаркта миокарда рассматриваются концептуальные положения инновационной технологии самостоятельных занятий физических упражнений в домашних условиях. Представленные концептуальные положения технологии самостоятельных занятий физическими упражнениями в домашних являются основой для разработки и внедрения в практику здравоохранения индивидуальных тренировочных программ применения общепринятых и нетрадиционных средств и методических приемов адаптивной физической культуры на поликлиническом этапе реабилитации у больных, перенесших инфаркт миокарда.
