Abstract

Изучены ассоциативные микроорганизмы яблонной тли, паразитирующей на древесных растениях левобережной зоны Саратовской области. Выделено 48 штаммов бактерий, которые отнесены к 10 видам рода Bacillus. Количественные показатели микроорганизмов в яблонной тле варьировали от 103 до 105 КОЕ. Индекс встречаемости изолированных штаммов составлял 10 70%.

Associative microorganisms of Aphis pomi parasitic on woody plants of left-bank zone of Saratov Province were studied. 48 strains of bacteria, 10 species and 1 genera Bacillus were allocated. The quantity of microorganisms in Aphis pomi ranged from 103 to 105 CFU. The index of occurrence of isolated strains was 10-70%.
