Стоматологический импульсно-периодический неодимовый лазер

Abstract

Представлены результаты применения импульсно-периодического неодимового лазера, работающего в широком диапазоне длительностей (0,5 нс 1 мс), для обработки эмали и дентина человеческих зубов. Проведенное сравнение эффективности и особенностей удаления твердых тканей зуба лазерно-плазменным методом с традиционными методами механической и лазерной обработки поверхностей зубов показало перспективность разработанной лазерно-плазменной технологии с использованием ультракоротких импульсов (УКИ).Results of application of the pulse-periodic neodymium laser operating in a wide range of durations (from 0.5 ns up to 1 ms) for processing of an enamel and a dentine of the human teeth are submitted. The carried out comparison of efficiency and features of removal of hard tooth tissues by the laser-plasma methods with conventional methods of mechanical and laser treatment of surfaces of teeth has shown the perspectivity of the designed laser-plasma technology using the ultrashort pulses (USP).
