Abstract

According to modern ideas there are distinguished the approaches to conflict understanding; it is designated the ratio between the conflict and contradictions, between the conflict and competition; there are generalized positive and negative functions of the conflict in group, and also there are presented several topologies of the conflict. The multivariate model of the conflict manifestation in small group is described. The levels of manifestation of this phenomenon are distinguished: interpersonal, microgroup, intermicrogroup, group conflict. Determinants, features of expressiveness and dynamics of these levels of the conflict manifestation are designated. Two kinds of the interpersonal and group conflict are established:personified and depersonified.
