
В статье рассматриваются проблемы создания положительного инновационного климата в трудовых коллективах страховых организаций, занятых реализацией страховых продуктов. В качестве механизма, обеспечивающего возникновение инновационного поля, организации предлагается использовать корпоративную среду, адаптированную к требованиям страхового рынка.The article considers the issues of creation of positive innovative climate in insurance companys staff being involved in insurance product sale. As a mechanism providing the innovative field appearance the company is suggested the use of corporate environment adapted to insurance risk requirements.
