Abstract

В данной работе представлены результаты анализа данных Белорусского республиканского канцер-регистра и данных ретроспективного анализа историй болезней онкобольных по Витебской области, исследована заболеваемость, смертность, распределение по диагнозам, исходы заболеваний, причины запущенности злокачественных новообразований губы и полости рта у жителей Витебской области за период с 2005 по 2009 гг. Объективно установлено снижение заболеваемости злокачественными новообразованиями полости рта с 2005 по 2009 гг. в 2,7 раза, причём заболеваемость мужчин была в 4 раза чаще, чем у женщин. Среди новообразований наиболее распространен рак губы38%, а по стадиям с 1 стадией34,2%. Смертность от рака полости рта составила 1,4 на 100000, а пятилетняя выживаемость 45%. С запущенной формой заболевания выявлено 37% больных, а из причин запущенности 60% составило несвоевременное обращение пациента и 22% ошибки в клинической диагностике.

In this work we, by analyzing data of the Belarusian national cancer registry data and retrospective analysis of case report of the Vitebsk region, investigated morbidity, mortality, distribution by diagnosis, disease outcome, the reasons for the neglect of oral cancer for population of the Vitebsk region for the period from 2005 to 2009. It was found that incidence rates declined to 2,7 times of malignant neoplasms of the oral cavity from 2005 to 2009, the men were sick 4 times more frequently than women. Among the tumors was the most common cancer of the lip-38%, in stages was with stage 1-34, 2%. Mortality from oral cancer was 1.4 per 100000, a five-year survival rate of 45%. We detected 37% of patients with advanced disease and causes of neglect were delayed patient treatment in 60% and were errors in clinical diagnosis in 22% of the cases
