Личностные и социально-психологические факторы боеготовности воинских подразделений - участников контртеррористических операций

Abstract

In the article there are adduced the results of the empirical research of personal and social-psychological factors of fighting trim of groups of fast reaction and sub-units of security of composite battalion of control post of incorporated grouping of armies in the Chechen Republic. It is shown that personal characteristics, interpersonal needs of soldiers and a number of features of interpersonal relations in military collectives cause a type of fighting trim of military sub-units. In result of the research carried out it is described a social-psychological portrait of the young urgent soldier – participant of counterterrorism operation in the Chechen Republic.

В статье приведены результаты эмпирического исследования личностных и социально-психологических факторов боеготовности отрядов быстрого реагирования и подразделений обеспечения сводного батальона пункта управления объединенной группировки войск в Чеченской республике. Показано, что личностные характеристики, межличностные потребности военнослужащих и ряд особенностей межличностных отношений в военных коллективах обуславливают тип боеготовности воинского подразделения. В результате проведенного исследования описан социально-психологический портрет молодого солдата-срочника – участника контртеррористической операции в Чечне.
