В статье аргументировано доказано, что это утверждение в полной мере относится и к понятию «правовая информация».

The modern theory of state and law is a stable, established system, which, however, does not preclude the introduction into it of new terms and concepts or upgrade existing ones. He convincingly argues that this statement is fully applicable to the concept of «legal information».
