The article analyzes the concept of the legitimacy providing in the activity of the Russian law machinery and the creation of the Soviet prosecutor's office. It reflects the features of the legal regulation of the legitimacy providing in the sphere of the law enforcement. It shows the role of the prosecutor's office in the organizing of the fight against the crime.
В статье анализируется концепция обеспечения законности в деятельности правоохранительных органов России, создания советской прокуратуры. Отражены особенности правового регулирования обеспечения законности в сфере охраны правопорядка. Показана роль прокуратуры в организации борьбы с преступностью.
