Abstract

In presented article, on the basis of the analysis operating norms of the criminally-remedial code of Russia, basic contradictions between a legal status and the proclaimed functions of some participants of criminal legal proceedings come to light.

В представленной статье на основе анализа действующих норм уголовно-процессуального кодекса России выявляются принципиальные противоречия между правовым положением и провозглашёнными функциями некоторых участников уголовного судопроизводства.
