
The article contains an attempt to give a linguistic comprehension of such criminal act as justification for terrorism. The author describes the propositional content of this speech act and gives the most frequent verbal ways to achieve the illocutionary effect of justification used in jihadist texts. As a condition for achieving some communicative success the status of author and the status of addressee are evaluated in the article. As a result the author gives a general definition of speech act of justification for terrorism.
В статье делается попытка лингвистического осмысления преследуемого уголовным законом действия оправдания терроризма. С этой целью на примере джихадистских текстов описывается пропозициональное содержание подобного речевого акта, приводятся наиболее частотные речевые способы достижения иллокутивного эффекта оправдания, оцениваются статусы автора и адресата как условие достижения коммуникативного успеха. В результате дается общее определение речевого действия оправдания терроризма.
