Abstract

The research object is natural and economic potential of Turkmenistan, including climate, land, water, labour and material resources. Implemented a cumulative assessment and analysis of retrospective use of natural and economic potential in comparison with the yield. The proposed method of evaluation, which allows you to assess the efficiency of resource use and install not only specific quantified parameters, but also offer recommendations for improvement and a more rational use of natural and economic potential that is not only scientific, but also of great practical significance not only for Turkmenistan but also to for regions in Russia. The work is set out in several parts.
