The article analyzes the major direction and problems in the formation of the unified space of medicines turnover on the territory of EEC. As of now, the legal regulation of this process is based on the initial legal foundation that does not yet provide for the effective functioning of the unified pharmaceutical market and requires further development. Issues that should receive priority treatment include supra-national rules of medicines registration, adoption of the unified pharmacopoeia, and introduction of various regulation practices, including the quality control

В статье проанализированы основные направления и проблемы формирования единого пространства обращения лекарственных средств на территории Евразийского экономического союза (ЕАЭС).
