Полуэмпирические весовые функции в селективной по глубине мессбауэровской спектроскопии конверсионных электронов

Abstract

Предложена простая аналитическая аппроксимация для весовых функций конверсионных электронов, задаваемая единственным числовым параметром. Демонстрируется применение этой аппроксимации в мессбауэровском эксперименте. Полученный результат может быть использован в других областях, связанных со спектроскопией низкоэнергетических электронов.A simple analytical approach for weight functions of conversion electrons with only one variable parameter is presented. The correctness of the approximation is confirmed experimentally by Mössbauer spectroscopy. The obtained results can be used in other fields of low-energy electron spectroscopy.
