Abstract

В статье приводится комплексная оценка социально-экономической значимости сибирской язвы на юге Кыргызской Республики по заболеваемости людей за последние 5 лет (2010–2014 гг.), затратам на проведение медицинских и ветеринарных мероприятий. Данная инфекция наносит большой ежегодный экономический ущерб и требует усиления профилактических мероприятий по оздоровлению источников инфекции. Проводился мониторинг территории южного региона республики с помощью установления локализации и распространения новых незарегистрированных почвенных очагов сибирской язвы с определением плотности очагов и степени её эпидемиологической опасности, что позволило провести ранжирование территории и выделить 4 района по эпидемической опасности. Анализ пространственно-временного распределения заболеваемости животных и людей сибирской язвой, почвенных очагов этой инфекции за изучаемый период в сопоставлении с плотностью населения, домашнего скота, факторами риска позволил нам провести районирование территории южного региона республики по сибирской язве.

The communication provides a comprehensive assessment of the socio-economic significance of anthrax in the South of the Kyrgyz Republic on the incidence of people over the last 5 years (2010–2014) the cost of medical and veterinary activities. This infection causes considerable annual economic damage and requires strengthening of preventive measures for improving the sources of infection. Monitoring of the southern region of the Republic with established localization and spread of new soil unregistered foci of anthrax by determining the density of lesions and the extent of its epidemiological risk, which allowed the ranking of a site and highlight 4 areas on epidemic risk. Analysis of the spatiotemporal distribution of the incidence of animal and human anthrax soil foci of this infection during the study period in comparison with the population density, livestock, risk factors have enabled us to conduct zoning of the southern region of the Republic on anthrax.
